Pet Stains and Odors

We love pets! They are part of the family, but accidents do happen. The good news is our basic level one steam clean does a fantastic job and will remove most pet stains. However for more severe cases we recommend you upgrade to a deep clean and have a professional strength deodorizer applied. Many times we are called to re-clean carpets that other cleaning companies could not get out wet dog smell or pet urine odor. The key to removing these types of odors really comes down to receiving a proper clean. To remove wet dog smell the carpet must be dry vacuumed very thoroughly to remove all the dog hair from the carpet before it is steam cleaned. Then the carpet needs a deep rinse that only a rotary extractor can provide. When we do a level three deep clean we guarantee you are receiving the very best service. On more severe cases the padding will need to be replaced and the carpet backing cleaned. We also use a specialty tool called a water claw which allows us to clean the carpet and the padding underneath. We provide free estimates on pet odor removal services.

Difficult stain removal: Most spots and stains will come out during our regular cleaning process. However some stains will need additional work. We use trade secret techniques and advanced cleaning agents to remove stains that other cleaning services simply cannot remove. Over the counter products can set some stains making them much more difficult to remove. Here are some common stains we encounter that we are experts at removing.
